Self-check & Enquiry

You are probably already in.

Every established employer with a presence in Malaysia is automatically open to be voted on by students. After nine cycles, the register already covers the organisations Malaysia's graduates know. If you have genuinely checked and do not think your organisation is on the register, you can ask for it to be considered below.

Qualifying Question

Do you hire graduates?

The GCA is the register of employers that Malaysian students want to work for. Organisations that do not currently hire graduates sit outside its scope. This is a threshold check, not paperwork.

Thank you

Not this cycle.

The Graduates' Choice Award is the register of employers that Malaysian students want to work for. Organisations that do not currently hire graduates sit outside its scope. If your graduate-hiring position changes in a future cycle, we would be glad to hear from you again.

Revisit next cycle. The next cycle opens on 1 July. If your organisation begins hiring graduates by then, you are welcome to propose it again for consideration.

Tell us about your organisation.

This is an enquiry rather than an entry. Our panel assesses each organisation against category eligibility and the audit framework. Inclusion on the register is decided by student votes alone.

Your submission is with the secretariat.

Thank you. Every proposed name is reviewed against category eligibility and the audit framework. If approved, the organisation will appear in the register alongside existing employers, entirely free of charge.

What happens next. Review typically takes 5 to 10 working days. If approved, you or the organisation will hear from the secretariat by email. If your submission is not approved this cycle, we will let you know why so you can revisit next cycle.
