Every market's graduates deserve a true answer.

The Graduates' Choice Award began with one belief, that students should decide which employers are worth joining. That belief is not Malaysian. It belongs anywhere young people are choosing where to begin their careers.

Why It Travels

A standard built on something universal.

Every country has graduates deciding their future, universities guiding them, and employers competing for them. The Graduates' Choice model, purely student-voted and independently audited, works wherever those three meet. Nine cycles in Malaysia have proven it. The methodology is ready to serve students far beyond it.

The Model

Four steps. No exceptions.

The same four steps run every cycle, in every country.

01

Students vote

University students choose the employers they want to work for. Their votes alone decide the result.

02

Universities audit

Career services practitioners from local universities verify the results before anything is published.

03

Employers are recognised

Winners receive the title, the Seal and the trophy. There is no application, entry fee or sponsorship.

04

The register is published

A yearly reference point on graduate employers for students, universities, employers and the media.

The Purpose

Recognition that helps students choose well.

The point has never been the award. It is the clarity it gives the students who use it.

An honest map

Students see which employers their peers actually trust, not the ones that advertise the hardest.

Employers raise their game

When students hold the verdict, employers compete on what graduates truly value in a workplace.

A national conversation

The register becomes a yearly reference point for employability, cited by universities and media.

Country Licence

One licence per country. Held with care.

We license the award to one established organisation per country, and only where the fit is right. Not every enquiry will lead to a licence.

One licensed partner per country

Partners are chosen for their credibility, their independence and their reach across the country.

You bring the standing

The trust of your country's universities and employers is yours to earn, to build and to keep.

The standard stays fixed

The methodology, audit framework and brand are proven, and every licensee runs them as they are.

In every country, the award stays student-voted and independently audited.
